How do I restore my subscription on a new iPhone?

Open Zidni › Settings and tap Restore purchases under Account & subscription (it's also on the Premium screen). Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Zidni › Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Prayer times are different from my mosque.

Open Zidni › Settings › Prayer, choose the method used in your country (for example Umm al-Qura in Saudi Arabia), and adjust any prayer by a few minutes if needed.

I don't receive prayer or reminder notifications.

In your iPhone's Settings › Notifications › Zidni, allow notifications and check any Focus mode. Then open Zidni › Settings › Notifications.

The Qibla compass seems off.

Move away from magnets and metal, and move your iPhone in a figure-eight to calibrate it.

How do I add a Zidni widget?

Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit › Add Widget, search for Zidni and pick the widget you like.

How do I export or delete my data, or delete my account?

Open Zidni › Settings › Privacy & data. You can export your data, delete your journal, or delete your account.
